Apple filed a motion for a preliminary injunction in the U.S. against Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 on Friday. The district court will determine if the Galaxy Tablet violates Apple's iPad patent. If a recent ruling favoring Apple can tell us anything, it's that the court may rule in favor of the iPad-designing company.
